Today’s guest on the show is Iva Kravitz.

Not too long ago Iva and I were working together on a Landscape Architecture project in Philly. And once filming on that project wrapped we headed to Amtrak and caught a train back to New York. While we were sitting there I asked Iva if she's be down to be a guest on the show. Even though we were clearly exhausted she was still up to kick it. Thanks again Iva.

So that being said... we are on a train, there is a lot of background noise, horns and from time you'll hear the train conductor make a few announcements. And thats all good because that's what taking this show on the road is all about.

In this episode we talk about the design community, Marketing, PR, Advertising, growing up in a Norman Rockwell painting of a town, Park Slope eats, cautious optimism and much much more.

Please enjoy.
